About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Campus Cleaning Services Manager to join the Campus Cleaning Services team working in our Non Residential, PM team.
We are looking for an individual to assist in leading the team to achieve quality standards, maintain systems and safety procedures and to deliver a cost effective, efficient and customer focused Assistant Management. To support and deputise for the Campus Cleaning Services Manager.
Flexibility is Essential for this role. Some weekends and evenings working will be required throughout the year depending on business needs. The role is campus based.
Please note the usual hours, subject to change: Mon 11.30am - 7pm, Tues/Wed 2pm - 10pm, Thurs 12.30pm - 8.30pm, Fri alternates beween 12.30pm - 8.30pm and 2pm - 10pm.

About You
We are looking for a person with extensive management experience who:
• Has led large teams and knows how to motivate and organise them effectively
• Can plan and allocate resources efficiently throughout the year
• Has experience managing budgets and procurement
• Understands quality control and can address performance issues
• Knows health and safety regulations related to cleaning
• Can handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Provides excellent customer service to staff, students and visitors
• Communicates well with other team members and direct reports
• Can work flexibly, including some late evenings and weekends when needed
