About the Role

We're looking for a creative and digitally-savvy content creator to join the commercial marketing team at the University of Warwick.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating engaging social media and digital content that captures attention, tells compelling stories and helps grow audiences.

 

Working across a diverse portfolio of businesses including Warwick Sport, Warwick Conferences, Warwick Arts Centre, Warwick Food Group and the Innovation Group, you'll create content that supports marketing campaigns, customer engagement and commercial objectives.

 

You'll be responsible for producing a wide range of content, with a particular focus on social media and video. From planning and filming short-form video content to  capturing events and creating engaging digital assets, you'll help bring our brands to life across multiple channels.

 

No two days are the same. One day you might be filming content at a sporting event, the next creating social media assets for a cinema sales activation campaign, supporting a photoshoot or developing content ideas with colleagues across the University.

 

This role is ideal for someone who combines creativity with strong organisational skills and enjoys working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

About You

You'll have experience producing engaging content for social media and digital channels, including photography, video and written content. 

 

You'll understand what works across different platforms and be comfortable managing the content creation

process from idea through to delivery.

 

We're looking for someone who:

 

  • Has experience creating content for social media and digital channels
  • Can shoot and edit high-quality photography and video content
  • Has strong storytelling and copywriting skills
  • Understands current social media trends and audience behaviours
