About the Role
Please note that this role will be situated in the Blythe Valley Innovation Centre Central Boulevard, Solihull, B90 8AJ.
To provide a high calibre, efficient and proactive reception and administrative support service to internal and external clients/staff. To provide an efficient and friendly front of house enquiry desk.

About You
Familiarity of Microsoft Office packages is essential and ongoing training will be provided together with training on the switchboard.
Flexibility to provide cover outside of prescribed working hours will be anticipated with the ability to travel to assist in the provision of cover at other group sites occasionally.

The applicant should be of smart appearance, have a pleasant manner and confident in dealing with members of the public.

The Centre accommodates small and medium sized technology companies to whom we provide office space, together with business services such as faxes, photocopying, franking mail, conference room hire, telephone answering service and greeting their customers
